A bit of wear to edges, spine sunned, light soiling, small spot on front cover, front hinge cracking; some offsetting to a few leaves at front from where paper clippings were previously placed (but now removed), a few pin holes where these clippings were once attached, pencil notes on front endpapers; very good.
