First issue with the final paragraph on page 19 printed in the same type as the remainder of the text. The second issue had this paragraph printed in bold-face type. Bookplates of Kenyon Starling and [William] Self on front pastedown.

Condition:

Light rubbing to extremities; wrappers faded, vertical crease to pamphlet; very good.
