Binding worn, lacking closure straps and clasps; several tears to title leaf; lacking 2 leaves (pages 49/50 & 59/60, the latter supplied in early manuscript facsimile), numerous leaves with repaired tears and marginal losses, some affecting line ends, a few with lost music and text supplied in manuscript, still a few other leaves with unrepaired tears and chips, lower corner of most leaves soiled from countless page turnings; good.
