Second printing of Tales with 4-line copyright notice and ''B. Craigheads'' and ''I.B. Smith'' imprints below, ad pages not bound in at end of "Tales". Blanck notes that sheets of the second and third printings of Tales were bound with sheets from the first edition of ''The Raven and Other Poems'' and that either text could be bound first. Blanck also calls for 8 pages of advertisements following ''Raven'' in those issued in wraps; Heartmann, pp. 97-98, makes clear that only 4 pages of ads appear in cloth bound copies. Pages [1]-5 mark the first book appearance of the poem, ''The Raven.'' BAL 16146 & 16147, re-issue 'B' of both titles.
