OCLC/WorldCat lists only two copies of this rare booklet, at the University of California, Berkeley, and the Library of Congress. Rocq 2111 (listing only the UC copy).

Condition:

Some soiling and rubbing to wrappers, 3 short, neatly repaired tears within, very good.
