One side of this promotional broadside with a real estate map showing lots in Pt. Richmond, California. The opposite side with two panels, a title panel (with a map of the Bay Area, showing location of Pt. Richmond), and a panel describing the merits of the land available for sale at Pt. Richmond through McEwen Bros. 40.5x58.3 cm. (16x23").

Published at the completion of the Santa Fe Railway's terminus at Pt. Richmond in Richmond, California, this brochure/broadside is advertising lots available for sale in this already thriving port city. Ferry Service to San Francisco was established around the same time, and Standard Oil built a refinery there in 1901. Although this publication is documented in OCLC / Worldcat, there are no copies located. A rare find, and an important piece of Bay Area real estate ephemera.
