Written in Dutch, and signed by a notary(?) and the recipient of the insurance(?). With a contemporary note on verso that notes this document belonged to Capt. Nath. Pierce. Also, a later note in English on verso describes that this document was from the Newbury [Office?] of Marine Insurance Company, June 30, 1804.
