Title continues: "Containing a life of Thakombau; with notices of the Fijians, their manners, customs, and superstitions, previous to the great religious reformation in 1854."

Condition:

Ex-library from the San Francisco College for Women; bookplate of San Francisco bibliophile, Joseph M. Gleason. Light wear to cloth, hinges repaired; a few library markings and marginal ink marks; very good.
