A mimeographed report, from a typescript recommending that the Green Bay & Mississippi Cana Company absorb and consolidate all the properties on the lower Fox River and convert them into "the greatest water power corporation in Wisconsin". The highly detailed photographs, presumably taken by Mr. Groat, the consulting engineer from Pittsburgh, include views of the river, dams and power plants.
Other industries such as sawmills, paper plants, flour mills , and towns along the water ways (including New London, Neenah, Menasha, Appleton, Kimberly Kaukuna , and DePere, Wisconson are also pictured.
