Description:

10 chromolithographed plates, each picturing between 4 and 6 cigarette cards, with pictorial backgrounds. 6x9¼, chromolithographed wrappers, string tied.

Striking presentation of these cigarette cards which were also issued separately as premiums by Allen & Ginter, Manufacturers of Cigarettes; a total of fifty are pictured, from Spanish Mackeral and Triggerfish to Bluefisn and Blowfish.

Condition:

Front wrapper with lower corners chipped off, front joint cracking, 1 corner of rear wrapper chipped; else very good, plates fine and bright
