First issue with green border on title-page and price of "Francs 1500" printed on dust jacket and on lower rear wrapper cover. Number 76 in The Traveller's Companion Series. The true first printing with only 5,000 copies produced. "Naked Lunch" was banned in the United States due to its obscene nature, therefore it was first published in the more liberal country, at the time, of France. Maynard & Miles A2a.
