Folio edition of Cicero's Orationes from the great press of Venice, founded by Aldus Manutius around 1494. Following Aldus's death in 1515 the press was managed by his brothers-in-law, but in 1533 his son Paulus Manutius, who wrote the commentaries for the present edition, took over. Paulus died in 1572, and the proprietorship of the press passed to Aldus II, grandson of the founder.
