7½x6½, red cloth elaborately decorated in gilt on front cover, leather spine label, slipase. Presentation copy from a run of 300 numbered copies & 26 lettered copies, printed by Patrick Reagh. First Edition.

Signed by Bowles in the colophon. Inscribed by the publishers to the binders on the front flyleaf, "For Bela & especially for Mariana who alone is responsible for the creation of this binding. From Stethis Orphanis & Ralph Sylvester."

Condition:

Some sunning to the slipcase and the spine of the volume; near fine.
