[4], 40 pp. Illustrations by the author. 9½x6½, decorative black cloth stamped in green-gilt, black cloth slipcase. "Presentation Copy," one 330 total copies designed by Grant Dahlstrom and printed on arches Mouldmade paper at the Castle Press.

Inscribed presentation copy, signed by the publisher's on the front preliminary page "For Bela & Mariana [Blau] with appreciation for another fine book from Ralph Sylvester & Stathis Orphanos." Signed by the author in the colohpon.

Condition:

Fine in fine slipcase.
