"Admirable" printing of Sir Isaac Newton's great Principia ("Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica") first published in 1687. This edition, printed for Sir William Thomson, First Baron Kelvin, and Hugh Blackburn, is a reprint of the 1726 edition, with some corrections to the spelling, etc. With the armorial bookplate of Reginald Arthur Bray.

Condition:

Hinges weak, extremities lightly bumped; some pale spotting to first and last few leaves, overall very good.
