Two stories, one of a savage Europe isolated from the Americas, the other about a lion who unwittingly aids justice. Beyond Thirty was first published separately two years earlier, anonymously by Lloyd Eschbach, a typed offset edition of 300 copies in red paper covers. Heins BTh-1; Zeuschner 63. The top front flap of the jacket is clipped, but with original $4.00 price remaining.
