Reissue of the book first published in 1888 with a new introduction by the author's son. A touching reminiscence of his father's taking him fishing as a boy, opining, "Spare the rod and spoil the child". This copy with ownership signature of Jerry Keith. Bruns S 147.

Condition:

Slight soiling to covers, touch of wear to spine ends. Near fine and an attractive edition of an important book.
