Spine perished, front cover nearly detached; title re-attached at gutter and with some stains and wear, first and last very few leaves with marginal spotting/staining, closed 2½" tear into two of the views, final index leaf worn at outer margin, scattered minor spots, but generally internally very clean; overall in extremely good condition, binding worthy of repair.
