First edition, with 16-page gatherings. This was the first Oz first edition to be issued without color plates. Hanff & Greene XXX; Plate 85.

Condition:

Spine a little darkened with slight creases, light rubbing to joints and extremeties; a few stains to lower page edges, near fine.
