Three mailings of the Spectator Amateur Press Society, held together by Karen Anderson, distributing the weird, speculative, erotic, and fantastic writings of the members of the Society, who had to fulfill the literary quotas required as well as payment of dues to maintain their membership; fewer than forty mailings of each seem to have been made. These packets were evidently overruns, never mailed, and two of the envelopes were still sealed before cataloguing necessitated their opening.
