PBA Galleries

Printed packed formed of cardstock as a facsimile of a Zig-Zag cigarette rolling paper pack (6¼x10"), containing: 19 printed enclosures approximately 5x7 to 5½x9½" complete as issued. Five of the folded pieces each reproduce artwork and picture each of the five poster artists in the show, with Kelly, Victor Moscoso, Rick Griffin, Wes Wilson and Stanley Mouse. There are nine postcard size rock posters lithographed in color by the artists for musical groups including the Grateful Dead and The Quicksilver Messenger Service; three additional biographical pieces of a sculptor, painter and a light show creator, and two announcements of the show itself, one elaborately lithographed in psychedelic colors designed by Wes Wilson.

A wonderful artistic creation which was sold at the Moore Gallery during the show, at the height of the San Francisco rock poster scene.
