Lacking first 16 leaves including the title-page (this last is supplied in facsimile); lacking f.lxxi (K8), also supplied in facsimile (or from another copy?); lacking leaves 224-294 (f-o8), being part of the ninth, all of the tenth, and part of the eleventh book.
