Vellum soiled, stained and discolored, torn and peeling in places; lower portion of title-page lacking, backed with paper, affecting nearly all of the imprint, some of the date, and a bare corner of the woodcut device; light to moderate dampstaining to earlier contents, good to very good, scarce in this edition.
