12¾x8½" printed theatrical broadside, single sheet, pale blue (faded to light gray-green), lettered in black.

Theatre broadside for a performance at Theatre Royal, English Opera House, Strand, Tuesday evening, October 3, 1826. The unnamed Monster in the "romance of a peculiar interest" was played by T.P. Cooke. This production featured an entirely new last scene "representing a schooner in a violent storm, in which [Dr.] Frankenstein and the Monster are destroyed." Upon seeing a performance of the play, Mary Shelley wrote: "The story is not well managed - but Cooke played his part extremely well [and] I was much amused and it appeared to excite a breathless eagerness in the Libertine."
