First issue book with the correct endpapers. Later issue jacket with several review blurbs for Sanctuary on the front flap and write-up for Kay Boyle's Plagued by the Nightingale (1931) on the rear flap. Still a scarce early jacket. Original printed prices on bottom jacket flaps usually absent due to publisher's trimming error as the jacket and book match in size and therefore not trimmed by someone else later. Petersen A8b.
