Illustrated with 27 steel-engraved plates, hand-colored in outline, of 52 maps & plans (18 are double-page). 10x7, quarter morocco & gilt-lettered blue-green cloth, rebacked with cloth tape (including corners).

Ex-library copy with usual stamps and marks (Don Bosco College Library - Newton, NJ rubberstamp on title).

Condition:

General edge wear and rubbing; hinges cracking, gutters splitting with map leaves nearly detached, however map images still nice with only an occasional finger-soil; else good.
