Half dark blue morocco and marbled boards, spine lettered in gilt, blue silk slipcase with marbled paper covers. Limited First Edition, "Presentation Copy" / manuscript issue.

Signed by Dunning on the limitation page and inked "Presentation Copy." Contains a tipped-in typed sheet (p.703), with several holographic corrections and an additional inked note signed by Dunning at top, inside special blue paper before the limitation page. This is from the novel's original working manuscript, as issued for this special presentation limitation. Unknown if other manuscript leave(s) were issued for this "presentation" issue since other copies list two manuscript pages.
