William Kent, who grew up in Marin County in the 1870's, is today best remembered for donating to the federal government the land that became Muir Woods National Monument.

Condition:

Jacket spine a bit rubbed with some fraying at ends, minor soiling; frontispiece with silvering in the emulsion, very good or better in like jacket.
