85, [1] pp. Illustrated with 27 color plates by Potter. 5½x4, tan boards, oval color pictorial cover label, color pictorial endpapers, printed glassine jacket. First Edition, later issue.

Later issue with "Muffatees" spelled correctly on p.15. Rare glassine jacket with list of 4 Frederick Warne publications on front flap and an additional 3 titles on rear flap, list of 5 Peter Rabbit books on rear panel.

Condition:

Jacket lightly chipped at edges; slight lean to spine; else very good or better in a like jacket.
