3 issues, all published. No. 1 (August, 1918); No. 2 (November, 1918); No. 3 (February, 1919). Each with a color lithographed frontispiece illustration by Max Beerbohm. Plus a few plates within by other artists. 9½x6½" original blue wrappers printed in black. No. 3 with small printed slip tipped onto front wrapper listing the writers/artists who contributed. All housed in a custom dark navy blue calf-backed cloth drop-back box, spine lettered in gilt.

The third and final issue of Reveille, February 1919, contains C.S. Lewis' first publication (in other than school magazines) titled "Death in Battle" and written under the pseudonym Clive Hamilton. This issue also contains drawings by Max Beerbohm, plus literary contributions by Edith Wharton, Hilaire Belloc, and Siegfried Sassoon. The other issues contain contributions by those writers as well as Rudyard Kipling, Joseph Conrad, J.M. Barrie, and more. Illustrated by Beerbohm and Edmund J. Sullivan, and others.
