54 pp. Frontispiece portrait of Burton from an etching by Léopold Flameng after Lord Leighton’s portrait. 13x10, half vellum and boards, gilt-lettered spine and front cover, dust jacket. No. 5 of 10 copies printed at the Mosher Press.

Not located in OCLC. Very scarce item. Penzer p.101 notes that this issue was an imprint prepared for presentation of sale in England. Bishop, Thomas B. Mosher, 182.01, located only one copy, in his own collection.

Condition:

Dust jacket foxed and yellowed a bit, moderately worn at edges including small chips and a few very short tears; vellum spine a touch foxed, some light smudges or marks to boards, all edges foxed; very good volume in about very good jacket.
