The auction status box is the main source for auction information related to the selected item. To stay current with the rapidly progressing online auction be sure to refresh the page frequently.

Start Date:
|
Determines the moment from which on you are able to bid on the specific item.
|
|
Dynamic End Date:
|
Determines the end of an online auction. On high bidding activity it will be extended in 5 minute increments with a maximum time extension of 30 minutes.
|
|
Time Remaining:
|
Shows the remaining time to place a bid in realtime at the moment the page is loaded. Due to the Dynamic End Date the displayed value might not represent the correct amount of time.
|
|
Minimum Bid:
|
The amount displayed cannot be underbid in the bidding process.
|
|
Bid Increment:
|
Displays the current increment which can be added to the current bid. Increments which are not multiple of the displayed value will be rounded to the next lower increment.
|
|
Current Bid:
|
Shows the current bid for the specific item which as to be increased by the increments shown at "Bid Increment".
|
|
Current Winner:
|
Displays the username of the current winner. If you are the current winner "You !" will be displayed.
|
|
Place Bid:
|
Here you can enter the amount you would like to bid on the specific item. On page load/refresh the next lowest valid bid is prefilled into the textfield.

Auto Bid:
|
The entered Auto Bid value will override every value entered into the "Place Bid" textfield. If you placed an Auto Bid the specific amount will be displayed in the auction status box.

Password:
|
Please enter your password in order to be able to place a bid.
|
|
Submit Bid:
|
After entering a bid amount into "Place Bid" or "Auto Bid" textfields, you need to type in your password. After that you can submit your bid by clicking the button.

Next Bid Status:
|
Displays status information of the auction engine prior to your next bid. Green color indicates everything is ok, red color indicates something went wrong.
|
|
Last Bid Status:
|
Displays status information of the auction engine after you placed your bid. Green color indicates everything is ok, red color indicates something went wrong.

|
Add to My Items:
|
By clicking this button you can manually add the specific item to the "My Items" list. As soon as you place a bid the specific item is automatically added to your list of items to be watched.
